Women in Washington are everywhere, all of a sudden on TV. We've got Carrie Mathison, Olivia Pope, Claire Underwood — and now, Secretary of State Elizabeth McCord, played by Tea Leoni. After watching the series premiere of Madam Secretary, McCord became one of my favourites of the bunch: she's not as cold and calculating as Mrs. Underwood, less frenetic than Mathison, not sleeping with the President and quivering at his touch like Ms. Pope. But, what I like most of all, it’s her wardrobe ! So let’s begin the new Madam Secretary collection on The Celebrity Dressing Room with this gorgeous black pencil dress.
